KARL HERLINGER
"Mr. H" (guest star, ep. 3)

May's less-than-cheery landlord "Mr. H" (guest star, ep. 3) is played hilariously by Karl Herlinger. Karl was born in Kailua, Oahu, Hawaii and comes to Los Angeles by way of New York City, where he studied ventriliquism with Howdy Reynolds and received the Carol Burnett Musical Theater Comedy Award.

He was trained at UCLA, where he received a BA in Theater, as well as the Circle-in-the-Square and Gene Frankel theaters in New York. His credits include guest appearances on CSI, Dollhouse and Without a Trace, and lead roles in films like Pretend, The Local and Plan B.
